Terry L. Monday | Partner
Terry Monday is a partner at Monday McElwee Albright. Terry is a native Hoosier who grew up on a farm in Pendleton, Indiana. He is a graduate of Indiana University and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law. Terry is a skilled and experienced trial lawyer, strategist, and business consultant. He represents and advises corporate clients and business owners on myriad legal matters including, but not limited to: contracts, buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, zoning, and business formation.
Terry has successfully represented clients in personal injury cases throughout his career and has appeared in State and Federal Courts in Indiana. He worked as a claims representative for Allstate Insurance during law school and joined an insurance defense firm after graduation. In 1992, Terry formed Monday Rodeheffer Jones & Albright with a group of attorneys.
In addition to practicing law, Terry Monday is involved with a variety of business and artistic endeavors. He has developed and managed residential and commercial real estate including overseeing all aspects of construction, design, and renovation. In the late 1980s, Terry formed a music production company and record label, and served an artist manager. He remains active in the music business as a co-owner of The Pop Machine, a state-of-the-art recording studio that has hosted recording sessions for music legends and emerging artists. Terry enjoys creating metal sculpture and designing unique homes in his spare time.
